SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and/or courier services. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Check the checkout for any current offers.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at mudeye@mudeyelures.com.au and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship to Australian addresses only.
