REFUND POLICY

At Mudeye Lures, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted timber lures and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Change of Mind Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at mudeye@mudeyelures.com.au before sending any items back.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage where required.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, show signs of fishing use, or have been modified cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
